Kim is a retired Criminal Investigator with over 30 years experience and a lifetime of paranormal experiences. Kim has been a investigator for the U.S. Army and worked for the Juvenile Justice Commission also. Kim has also worked cases in conjunction with many Local, State, Federal and International Law enforcement agencies. He has conducted many undercover operations in his career and also has training in anti terrorism. He is now applying his experience and skills toward the paranormal. Kim has lived all over the U.S. and Europe in his life & career. He is married, has 4 children and currently living in New Jersey.

Garden State Paranormal Research (GSPR) is a technologically based, well-disciplined, and focused paranormal research team that is dedicated to the ideals of capturing review-able evidence in a manner that is as consistent as possible with the principles of the Scientific Method while remaining open-minded and respectful of all true investigation protocols.
While remaining consistent with the investigation protocols set forth by the leading US and International investigation teams which concentrate on recording and documentation, GSPR extends these ideals to incorporate aspects of the practice of paranormal investigation that are age-appropriate for young investigator trainees ages 15-21. In addition, GSPR concentrates on establishing new protocols and appropriate techniques which should be followed when investigating historical locations.
GSPR has two unique characteristic which sets it apart from nearly every other paranormal investigation team in existence: One if it's founders is a HS Sophomore and the team is a Father-Son duo.
Mark has been fascinated with the paranormal nearly his entire life, and was the driving force behind the team's focus on the use of technology.
John is a 20-year veteran of technology development and innovative applications, including a 12-year stint working with leading-edge Wall Street tech firms. John's lifelong interests in history and "unexplainable events" makes paranormal investigating an ideal pursuit.
